Terms of use

Purpose and accuracy

The website presents my background, skills, training and projects for employers, collaborators and prospective clients. It is my personal portfolio; views and content are my own and do not represent my employer, clients or credential issuers. I aim to keep the information accurate, but experience and project status can change. Please contact me to confirm details relevant to a hiring or project decision.

AWS Educate badges describe completed training. They do not mean that I hold an AWS professional certification. Projects marked as in progress are not represented as finished products.

Using the content and CV

You may read the site, link to its public pages, and download or share my CV for recruitment, professional evaluation or discussing work with me. Please keep the information in context and do not alter it in a way that misrepresents my background.

Other original writing and design remain with their respective owners. Client names, screenshots, credential artwork and third-party trademarks belong to their owners. Their appearance here does not imply an endorsement or transfer of rights.

Responsible use

Please do not submit spam, impersonate someone else, send malicious material, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website or contact service. If you believe you have found a security issue, report it by email without accessing other people's information or disrupting the service.

Messages and professional work

Sending a message does not create an employment relationship, service agreement or guarantee of availability. Any paid work, responsibilities, fees, deadlines and rights should be agreed separately. Do not use the contact form to send confidential material without agreeing on a suitable channel first.

Systems under development

The Systems URL currently displays a custom 404 page because the applications are not yet available. It does not offer a working application, account or service. Future tools may have separate terms and privacy information, which will be presented before you use them.

External websites

Links to client work, credential profiles and other services are provided for context. Those websites are controlled by their owners, and their content and availability may change. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Availability and limitations

I try to keep the website useful and available, but errors, maintenance and interruptions can occur. The portfolio is provided for general professional information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I do not promise uninterrupted access or accept responsibility for losses arising solely from reliance on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and optional features

The privacy policy explains contact information, essential security cookies, browser storage and optional external badge images. The cookie policy explains the individual storage items. Cookie choices control optional features; choosing an option is not agreement to a professional service contract.

Applicable law

This portfolio is operated from Nepal. Applicable Nepalese law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you. Please contact me first if you have a concern so I can try to resolve it.

Changes and questions

I may update the content and these terms as the portfolio changes. The revision date is shown above. If something is unclear, please contact me before relying on it for a professional decision.
